We have an opening with Symphony Services (www.symphonysv.com) based
out of Bangalore for Lead- DBA. This position requires a person with
3-6 years of experience Database Concepts, DB2 and Data Modeling
Please find below a brief description of job description:
• Strong in database concepts
• Strong and hands on experience in regular DB activities
(DB2 core skill set)
• Strong DB Design skills (Physical and Logical schema
design & development)
• Should have worked on developing Databases (Schema
Development)
• Good experience in performance tuning the DW Databases
(DB2 – core skill set)
• Experience in DW consulting/implementations or
professional services
• Understands ETL and data integration/loading processes
• Good at data warehousing concepts(OLAP environments)
• Exposure to handling large volumes of data extraction
and data loading
• Exposure to handling large data from different sources
like Flat files, DB etc
