XII. STENO-TYPISTS:- 12 (11 reserved for SC/ST and 1 for Physically (Orthopaedically) Handicapped) Pay-Scale:-Rs.3330-6200 plus allowances admissible under the University rules.

XIII. CLERK-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATORS -72 (Posting anywhere of P.U. Campus at Chandigarh, Hoshiarpur, Ludhiana, Muktsar etc.)
Pay-Scale:- Rs. 3120-5160 plus allowances admissible under the University rules.
