2. Kottayam (CT03) - 105 Posts (UR-50, OBC-31, SC-23,ST-1)
3. Kozhicode (CK04) - 94 Posts (UR-62, OBC-19, SC-10,ST-3)
4. Trivandrum (CK02) - 85 Posts (UR-62, OBC-19, SC-10,ST-3)

Qualification
Graduates of a recognised university. Those who are appearing in the final year exam may also apply.

SC/ST/PH candidates are not required to pay any fee. Candidates should write his/her name and address on the back side.

Written test on 31/08/08 at the following centres (code No. is also given) for two papers
Paper-I
Objective type of Numerical Ability, Reasoning ability, General Knowledge, English
Paper-II
Descriptive type of English and Official Language of State (Tamil/ Malyalam)

The server is busy. Try repeatedly and you can see the model Application Form. Be in touch with the local LIC office, you might be able to collect the format of Application form
I visit http://www.licindia.in .But i cannot find the application form for the examination.
From where can I download the application format.
