Connectivity issues of internet and VPN
Remote sessions for synchronization of database
Troubleshooting outlook issues
Troubleshooting MS office issues
Installation of softwares
Authentication of user ids and passwords on dial up connection
Installation of operating systems
Process : US Process.
Support : Voice
Desired Profile :
Min 6 months exp in a Voice Technical Process.
Should be flexible to work in Night Shift.
Should have good communication.
Should be a graduate ( Any Stream )
