Karnatak University recruits 15 Professors, 36 Readers, 40 PG Lecturers, and 48 Lecturers for various subjects

Applications in the prescribed forms (in EIGHT SETS) are invited from qualified candidates of Indian nationality for the below mentioned posts in the Post-graduate Departments, K.U. Dharwad / Karwar / Belgaum / Bijapur / Gadag / Haveri and Constituent Colleges of the University. A set of eight (8) prescribed application forms and Notification copy can be had from the

“DIRECTOR, PRASARANGA, KARNATAK UNIVERSITY, DHARWAD-580003”,

in person on presentation of challan for having credited the amount of Rs.200/- in the State Bank of India/Syndicate Bank, K.U. Campus, Dharwad, or by post duly sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (28×12 cms) duly affixing Rs.50/- Postal Stamp along with a crossed DD for Rs. 200/- payable to the Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad–580003, or by downloading from

University website www.kud.ernet.in

in which case the prescribed application fees of Rs.200/- will be payable through DD drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad-580003.

NOTE :
The candidates who are eligible / qualified as per the earlier advertisement No.KU-BOA/ADVT/2007/1028 dated 04.10.2007 and have already applied in response to that advertisement need not apply again. However, the candidates who have already applied are advised to see the University website once again and verify the respective reservation/s and if he/she notices that the reservation for which he/she has applied does not appear in the renotification, may submit the application for refund of processing charges already paid with DD No., date and amount if so interested or otherwise their applications will be treated against GM vacancies subject to eligibility.

How to Apply :
The filled-in applications together with necessary documents and a crossed D.D. for Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC, ST and Cat-I candidates) as processing fees drawn in favour of the FINANCE OFFICER, KARNATAK UNIVERSITY, DHARWAD, should reach the “REGISTRAR, KARNATAK UNIVERSITY, DHARWAD-580003”, on or before 25.10.2008 by Registered Post A.D. Candidates may also submit their application in person in the Inward Section and obtain acknowledgement.
