Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL), an ISO-9001-2000 Certified Company, is a leading Design Engineering and Consultancy organization having experience of over 40 years in Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction Supervision and Commissioning of Fertilizer & Allied Chemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Power, Housing/Township and Infrastructure projects.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for various posts as mentioned below, for its offices at Noida & Baroda:

Deputy General Manager (Business Development)

Qualification - Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical / Chemical or MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing with minimum 60% marks. (55% marks for SC/ST candidates) Engineering degree with MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be considered as added qualification.
Scale of Pay Rs.18500-450-23900/-
Maximum Age- – 50 years
Experience - 20 years experience in an Engineering Consultancy/EPC Organisation, out of which atleast 10 years in BD / tendering, technology tieups, LSTK projects, contract/agreement for engineeringconsultancy.
Candidate working in a PSU / Govt. Organisation must have worked for minimum 2 years in one level below post.
Job Knowledge Requirement
The candidate should have 20 years experience preferably in an Engineering Consultancy/EPC Organisation, out of which atleast 10 years experience in various aspects of Business Development and should be fully conversant with all aspects of Business Development/ Tendering activities such as Market Intelligence, Development & Implementing Business Development Strategies, Business Generation, Development of Clientele Basis, Technology Tie-ups, Preparation of Proposals, Discussions/Negotiations with Clients, Drafting/Finalisation of Contracts/Agreements for Engineering Consultancy Services & LSTK Projects in the field of Fertilizer, Chemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, etc. The position also requires leading a team of officials at various levels of Business Development Department from the front and keep the team motivated.

Deputy General Manager (Human Resource)

Qualification - PG Degree in Social Welfare (MSW) / LSW or MBA with major as Human Resource (HR)/PG Diploma in HR with minimum 60% marks. (55% marks for SC/ST candidates)
Scale of Pay - Rs.18500-450-23900/-
Maximum age – 50 years
Experience – 20 years experience in relevant field.
Candidate working in a PSU / Govt. Organisation must have worked for minimum 2 years in one level below post.
Job Knowledge Requirement
The candidate should have 20 years experience in the relevant field relating to Human Resource Management /Personnel / Administration & Establishment matters/ Corporate Strategic Planning, Corporate Social Responsibilities in reputed organization.

Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical) (Piping/PV/Pipeline/Machinery)

Qualification - Engineering Degree in Mechanical from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Scale of Pay - Rs.14500-350-18700/-
Maximum age – 40 years
Experience - 11 years experience in relevant field.
Candidate working in a PSU / Govt. Organisation must have worked for minimum 2 years in one level below post.
Job Knowledge Requirement – Experience in Piping Pressure vessels, Pipeline and Machnery.

Deputy Chief Engineer (Instrumentation)

Qualification – Engineering Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Scale of Pay - Rs.14500-350-18700/-
Maximum age – 40 years
Experience - 11 years experience in relevant field.
Candidate working in a PSU / Govt. Organisation must have worked for minimum 2 years in one level below post.
Job Knowledge Requirement – Sizing of Control Valve, Safety Valve and Flow Elements, Enquiry Specification for Field Instruments, Receiver Instruments, DCS, PLC, ESDS and Erection Materials, Control Room Layout, Equipment Layout inside Control Room, Logic diagram. Exposure to work on Instrumentation Software like INTOOLS & CONVAL etc. is desirable.

Assistant Chief Engineer (Mechanical) (Piping/PV/Pipeline/Machinery)

Qualification - Engineering Degree in Mechanical from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Scale of Pay - Rs.13000-350-18250/-
Maximum Age – 35 years
Experience – 8 years experience in the relevant field.
Candidate working in a PSU / Govt. Organisation must have worked for minimum 2 years in one level below post.
Job Knowledge Requirement – Experience in Piping Pressure vessels, Pipeline and Machnery.

Engineer (Mechanical) (Piping)

Qualification - Engineering Degree in Mechanical from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Scale of Pay - Rs.8600-250-14600/-
Maximum Age – 30 years
Experience – 1 ½ years in relevant field.
Job Knowledge Requirement – The candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
Piping : Generation of Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping General arrangement drawing, Supporting,
Civil scope, Isometric drawings, Supports schedule, Spring Schedule shall be considered for Design
Engineers. Exposure in 3-D Modelling & Stress Analysis on CAESAR II will be additional advantage.

Engineer (Computer Science/ Scheduling Monitoring/ Information Technology)

Qualification – Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Scheduling Monitoring / Information Technology or MCA.
from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Scale of Pay - Rs.8600-250-14600/-
Maximum Age – 30 years
Experience – 1 ½ years in relevant field.
Job Knowledge Requirement – The candidate(s) should have experience in hardware and systems support or software in the following areas – Hardware and Systems Support, Software, Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Cost Control & Progress Reporting of Engineering Projects for Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities in fertilizer/ chemical/ oil and gas/ refinery & petrochemical projects. The candidates should be computer savvy and must possess hands on experience of MS Project / Primavera software and its applications. A good knowledge of project deliverables at different phases during project execution cycle is essential.

Draftsman-I (Mechanical/Civil)

Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical / Civil engineering from recognized Polytechnics/Institutes with minimum 60% marks(55% marks for SC/ST candidates)
Scale of Pay – Rs.5455-8665/-
Maximum age – 27 years
Experience - 2 years in relevant field & well versed in Auto CAD/PDS
Job Knowledge Requirement - Preparation of Drawings on latest version of AUTO CAD, 3-D Modelling in respect of above discipline & well versed in Auto CAD / PDS.
