MANAGER / DY.MANAGER / SR.ASST. MANAGER (Quality Assurance)

Qualification - BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Bio-Medical/Mechanical)

Minimum Experience - 3,5, & 8 yrs respectively for SAM, DM, Manager in Quality Assurance function / Design and Development of Medical Device in a Medical Device manufacturing industry / Pharmaceutical /Bio-Tech. industry

Job Responsibility - Analysis of Internal & External Failures, Formulation and Implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions, Monitoring the effectiveness of CAPA, Product improvements, Technical files of all products manufactured, Specification changes, Vendor Development, GMP Audits & QC functions consisting of in-coming material testing, in-process testing, finished goods testing, maintenance of control sample and BMRs and tendering and liasoning with RD’s Office for testing of Copper Tee and Tubal Ring for Government supplies, liaisoning with statutory & regulatory authorities such as Drugs Control Department, PCB etc and discharge the duties of Management Representative

Age – 40 years

JUNIOR OFFICER/ SUPERVISOR (HF Welding)

Qualification - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanica/ Electrical/ Electronics) / ITI Fitter /Electrician /Electronics)

Experience - 8 years experience in the operation of Semi Automatic/Fully Automatic HF Welding Machine for Blood Bags.

Job Responsibility - Preference to be given to supervisory experience and Diploma holders Supervision at Assembly & Pharma stages in production areas to ensure right quality of the product, training to team members on quality matters, documentation as per quality Certifications, production planning and execution to make target, ensuring optimum performance of machines and to deliver consistent quality and ensure regulatory requirements.

Age – 37 years

JUNIOR OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (Pharmacy)

Qualification - B.Pharm with minimum second class Preference will be given to those having 2 – 3 yrs experience in production department in Pharma industry.

Job Responsibility - Preference to be given to supervisory experience and Diploma holders Supervision at Assembly & Pharma stages in production areas to ensure right quality of the product, training to team members on quality matters, documentation as per quality Certifications, production planning and execution to make target, ensuring optimum performance of machines and to deliver consistent quality and ensure regulatory requirements.

Age – 37 years

General conditions
a) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years for OBC and 10 yrs for PH as per Govt. of India Rules.

b) Relaxation in age and experience may be considered for exceptionally competent candidates.

c) Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the interview.

d) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
