Admission to the integrated first degree programmes

Introduction:

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan-333031 has invited applications for its online test for Admission to the integrated first degree programmes conducted on the Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses.

Programmes:

BITS Pilani campus:

BE(Hons) in chemical, civil, computer science, electrical and electronics, electronics and instrumentation and mechanical engineering.

B.Pharm (Hons)

M.Sc.(Hons) in biological sciences, chemistry, economics, mathematics, and physics.

Msc.(Tech) in general studies, engineering technology, finance, and information systems.

BITS Goa campus:

BE (Hons) in chemical, computer science, electrical and electronics, electronics and instrumentation, and mechanical engineering.

M.Sc.(Hons) in biological sciences, chemistry, economics, mathematicsand physics. M.Sc.(Tech)information systems.

B.Pharm(Hons)

M.Sc.(Hons) in biological sciences, chemistry, economics, mathematicsand physics

Eligibility:

Students who are appearing for the qualifying examination in 2009 or who have passed in 2008 are eligible to appear in BITSAT-2009. How to apply:

Applicants should register for BITSAT 2009 by applying in the prescribed application form on www.bitsadmission.com . The print-out of the completed form along with the prescribed fee of Rs.1000 (Rs.500 for female applicants)should be sent to the address listed below.

  2. I heard that the students now have got a choice of selecting appropriate/required dates for their entrance examination in BITs. May I pl z acknowledge of what/how I should proceed further to select the required date for my exams. It’s a great honour for us to get to you. thanking you Sir, Rupa, Hyd.

  3. sir i had secured 192 marks in the entrance test and got 85%in physics 87% in chemistry and 91%in mathematics in IPE.am i eligible for the admission?sir plzzzzz reply me as soon as possible.thanking u sir……..

  4. could you please inform about PH reservations for admissions.
    Whether the cut of marks r same for PH candidates or separate councelling will be held for them
