You will be responsible to handle the entire gamut of Training & Development for Chennai operations. This position reports to Training Head in Bangalore.
Your responsibilities include development and delivery of training modules on Medical Billing, Accounts Receivables Management, AR Calling, American Accent, Voice and Culture, and Medical Billing Software.
Excellent opportunity for candidates with 3 to 5 years experience in US based BPO company with Medical Billing experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
You should be a Subject Matter Expert in Medical Billing, AR American Accent and Culture. Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a US based call centre and one year of experience in Training and Development.
This is a leadership role with independent responsibility to plan training calendar, design new modules, training need analysis, Knowledge Management and Coaching.
