sir i want to know about qualification of lecturer post in zoology and botany department. because i did B.sc (Zoology) and M.sc (Biotechnology) and i cleared NET in lifescience subject. whether i am eligible for the same above post or not?

i am requested to know that when the process of selection will commence as i am applicant of lecturership.
respected sir I have qualified M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry and Ph.D in Chemistry.I applied two seperate applications for lecturer in Industrial Chemistry and Lecturer in Chemistry at First grade Govt. Colleges through KPSC. Karnataka. But KPSC rejected my qualification for both the post. The reason given by the KPSC is that Ph.D in Chemistry is not elligible for lecturer in Industrial Chemistry and similarly M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry is not elligble for Lecturer in Chemistry post. Plesae send me a clarification, in which subject I am elligible for lecturer post. in addition to that my Ph.D work is related to the corrosion prevention of Industrially important metals. Please let me know that my Ph.D in Chemistry is elligible for the exemption of SLET/NET to the appointment of lecturer in Industrial Chemistry post
