इस पृष्ठ का हिन्दी अनुवाद

Usually, tuition fee rises with the popularity of a university. Higher the university is ranked, higher will its tuition fee be. When total tuition fee and estimated living costs for a year is around $20,000, it is considered cheap for international students. So, following universities are some of the high ranked universities with comparatively low tuition and living fee for international students:

North Carolina State University
University of Wyoming
Utah State University
Louisiana State University
Montana State University
Wayne State University
California State University, Long Beach
Minnesota State University, Mankato
San Diego State University

  1. To Whom It May Concern

    Dear Sir,

It gives me pleasure to write this email to your honorable side, wishing to find out fruitful results. This is Eng. Ahmed Raslan and I have just finished a scholarship in the “Structural Design by Experiments” which has been held during the time from 1st of March 2009 until 5th of April 2009 in the residential center of the University of Bologna in Bertinoro, ITALY (ranked as one of the top 50 universities in the world for 2007).
    .
I was graduated at 2004 from the Faculty of Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering, 5 Years Degree) at Cairo University, EGYPT (one of the top 5 universities in Africa for 2009) and I am currently enrolled in the Institute of Research and Statistical Studies in order to take a Professional Diploma in the Statistical Control and Quality Assurance. It covers theoretical and practical topics of Quality Control , Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Standards (ISO), Statistics, Project Management (PM), Operation Research, and Management Information Systems. Moreover, I am getting prepared to pass the Fundamental Engineers Exam (FE) by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying in the USA (NCEES), which will be conducted in the American University in Cairo on the 25th of April 2009. It’s an international examination concerning basic Mechanical Engineering topics, Advanced Mathematics, Material Science, Manufacturing and Production Processes, Structural Design and Analysis, Vibrations, Measurement and Control, Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Machinery, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Refrigeration and HVAC.
However, I seek your support to earn an Internship/ Scholarship for a Master Degree. So, I do appreciate your concern to take my case into account and consideration. Consequently I set my priorities starting from the most favorable one as following:

    1st Priority:
Quality control and Assurance, Industrial Projects Management, Industrial Development and Value Engineering.
    2nd Priority:
Manufacturing & Production Engineering, Production, Design Engineering, Reverse Engineering and Simulation.
    3rd Priority:
    Mechatronics, Control Systems and Instrumentation.

However, I am flexible to accept any of the here above mentioned topics. Nevertheless, In case you provide me a vacant position at any of such specializations, I affirm that if I am that lucky one to gain the privilege of a scholarship at this University, I will be significant effective and useful person in many ways. I am engaged in technical, commercial and social activities, and I would like to resume so in the activity you may intend. Last but not the least, I am extremely anxious to join your side and to face your expectations as well.

    Best Regards,
    Eng. Ahmed Raslan
