Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for account management and sales with the existing and new Operators

Revenue generation from the customers at a regional/national level, achieve targeted business growth numbers

Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer

Techno-commercial interactions with customers

Tracking competition with regard to each account

Liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively (Sales, pre-sales team and other account teams)

Up-selling of services and replicating services which have been doing well in other operators/circles

Ensuring efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources

Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection of payments, managing escalations

Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience managing multiple accounts in the area of telecom.

Handling large client accounts and client relationship.

Should have solutions selling experience, prior experience of solutions selling to mobile operators is an added advantage.

Candidate from VAS, ISP and Telecom Industries would be preferred.

Good communications and interpersonal skills.

A go-getter and a team player
