Job Description
► To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
► To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
► To approve the instructions relating to production operations i.e. Master Batch Manufacturing Record, Master Batch Packing Record, Work Orders, SOP’s including the in process controls and to ensure their strict implementation.
► Supervision of Production area.
► Line clearance during product changeover or batch changeover.
► Supervision of Cleanliness of area and proper housekeeping.
► To ensure that the appropriate validations and calibrations of equipments are performed and recorded.
► To conduct risk analysis of product, system, equipment, item, process as per standard procedure.
► In process control checks according to BMR and BPR.
► Counter check dispensed material.
► Checking of status label in production area.
► Record maintenance related to Department.
► Adherence to cGMP and SOP.
► Preparation of SOP’s and Qualification.
► To maintain discipline in Department.
► Counter checking the dispensed materials.
► Implementation of SOP.
► Submit Daily Production Report and completed BMR to Department Head.
► All other responsibility as per SOP

Should have atleast 1-2 yrs of experience in formulation production.
Should Have Experience in tablets & Capsules.
Should have experience in documentation,
Should be a B Pharma
