Service Desk Support :

Non-Kuwaiti Personnel:

a) Bachelor Degree in ComputerElectronics EngineeringScience
b) Aged between 23-40 years
c) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified
d) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
e) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified is an advantage
f) At least 4years of experience in various IT services
g) At least 3 years of experience in Service desk operations
h) At least 2 years experience in Service desk support services and various IT services
i) At Least 1 years experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users problems
j) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications)
k) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
l) Excellent client configuration of networking and Microsoft Outlook m) Experience in remote control tools
n) Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well o) Good communication skills (both oral and written)
p) Excellent documentation skills
q) must be certifies as IT Professional Consumer Support Technician and/ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician

Senior Service Desk Support :

Non-Kuwaiti Personnel:

a) Bachelor Degree in ComputerElectronics EngineeringScience
b) Aged between 25-40 years
c) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified
d) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
e) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified
f) At least 6 years of experience in various IT services
g) At least 4 years of experience in helpdesk operations
h) At least 3 years experience as Senior Helpdesk support in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided)
i) At least 2 years experience in providing Helpdesk support services for KOC’s commercial and engineering applications (listed in an appendix)
j) At Least 2 years experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users problems
k) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications)
l) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007
m) Excellent client configuration of networking & Microsoft Outlook
n) Experience in remote control tools
o) Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well
p) Good communication skills (both oral and written)
q) Excellent documentation skills

d) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
e) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified
f) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified
g) Certificate in BMC Service Desk application is an advantage
h) At least 10 years of experience in various IT support services
i) At least 8 years of experience in Service desk operations
j) The last 5 years of experience must be in Kuwait or any of the GCC countries
k) At least 4 years experience as Service desk Supervisor in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided)
l) Have 2 years experience in Configure and managing BMC Service Desk Application ( A Certificate must be provided) is an advantage
m) At Least 3 years experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users problems
n) Capable in generating complex reports
o) Experience in analyzing data and reports
p) Excellent experience in controlling Incident, Problem and Change management processes of ITIL framework.
q) Experienced in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications)
r) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
s) Excellent client configuration of networking and Microsoft Outlook
t) Excellent experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Project
u) Experience in supervising and managing Service desk team
v) Excellent Presentation skills
w) Excellent training skills
x) Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well
y) Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
z) Excellent documentation skills
