Applications are invited for following posts on contract basis in the Central Silk Board :

  1. Scientist C : 02 posts, Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.6600
  2. Scientist C (Reeling & Spinning) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.6600
  3. Scientist B : 21 posts (SC-4, ST-2, OBC-5, PH-3, UR-7), Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400
  4. Scientist B (Reeling & Spinning) : 02 posts , Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400
  5. Senior Library & Information Assistant : 01 posts, Pay Scale :PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200
  6. Junior Stenographer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade pay Rs.2400
How to Apply :
Application in prescribed format, together with certified copies of certificates should reach the Member Secretary, Central Silk Board, CSB Complex, Hosur Road, BTM Layout, Madiwala, Bangalore-560068 on or before 14/12/2009. Last date is 24/12/09 for the candidates from far-flung areas.
